1. General Questions
I have a discount code. How can I add that to my order?
Before the final payment page, there is a space for you to enter the discount code you have. If you are unable to enter the code, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance. Please keep in mind items already on sale are excluded from any discounts.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.
How does the referral program work?
To participate in our referral program, you would have to create an account with us! Once that is created, you can share your unique link with your friends to give them $50 discount! You also earn 100 points, which can later be redeemed for rewards.

Can I make edits to my order after it's placed?
Yes, we understand that you might have missed something at checkout! Once your order is placed, you have a 24 hour period to make any changes to the order or until your order ships out, whichever comes first. Please contact us at info@blankslatelove.com with your order number and any edits you would like to make.
What if there is an item in my order that is sold out?
We try and keep our inventory updated, but sometimes things can go unnoticed. In this case, we will update the order and contact you, giving you 2 business days to make any changes to your order. If we do not hear back from you, we will remove the out-of-stock item and proceed with your order.

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship domestically, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our current processing time is between 2-4 business days and we are shipping from Los Angeles. UPS Ground usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive, while UPS 2 Day takes 2 business days to arrive.
Do you offer any expedited shipping options?
At this time, we do not offer any expedited shipping options.
My order is delayed, when will I receive it?
Sometimes, there can be unexpected delays due to severe weather conditions that are beyond our control. In those cases, please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking to be updated. If there are no updates by then, please contact our support team at info@blankslatelove.com with your order number.
Can I change the shipping address after the order was placed?
Once your order is placed, you have a 24-hour window to make any changes to your order, as well as change the shipping address. Please contact info@blankslatelove.com with your order number, as well as the correct shipping address.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any PO boxes at this time. If your order is submitted with a PO box as the address, the order will be cancelled and you will have to resubmit one with a valid address.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on all unworn items (in mint condition and original packaging) within 30 days of delivery date.

How do I start a return?
To start the return process, please visit our Returns Portalhere . Follow the steps at the portal to request your return.
You'll need to provide the order number and email/phone number associated with the order. Returns normally take 1-3 business days to be reviewed and approved.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and processed, you will be issued a refund or store credit for the returned merchandise. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your end, depending on your financial institution.
